Atamis is committed to ensuring our digital products are accessible and inclusive for all users. We aim to meet the accessibility requirements under the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018 and the Equality Act 2010 by adhering to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA.
Scope of This Statement
This statement applies to the following Atamis solutions:
- Core SFA
- Reports and Dashboards
- Lightning Platform
- Supplier Portal
Compliance Status
Atamis is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA due to the non-compliances and exemptions listed below. We are actively working toward full compliance and are incorporating accessibility into all stages of product design and development.
Non-accessible Content
Some areas of our applications may not be fully accessible due to the following reasons:
a) Non-compliance with accessibility standards
Some components may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 level AA. We are continuously identifying and addressing these issues as part of our development cycle and accessibility improvement plan.
b) Disproportionate burden
Two major accessibility initiatives are underway:
- A complete rebuild of the Supplier Portal, scheduled for delivery in the second half of 2025.
- An end-to-end UI/UX redesign of the full application suite
Given the scale and technical dependencies of these programmes, certain accessibility improvements are currently not feasible without diverting resources from essential service commitments. We consider this a temporary and proportionate exception, and both areas are under active redevelopment. Any new changes made to the platform will be made in consideration of the newer WCAG 2.2 standards.
c) Content outside the scope of the regulations
Some legacy reports or documents may not be fully accessible if they are no longer actively updated or required for daily use. Where such content exists, we are happy to provide accessible alternatives upon request.
What We’re Doing to Improve Accessibility
- Embedding inclusive design principles into our development process.
- Conducting accessibility audits and reviews with reference to WCAG 2.2.
- Partnering with Salesforce as an OEM ISV, benefitting from the platform’s robust accessibility compliance.
